Staying at the Hilton Hotel for three nights, many Youth in Government Delegates have items they just cannot live without.
Jacob Bouley, a 10th grader from the New Prague Delegation states that an item he must bring to every conference is “Cinnamon Toast Crunch.” According to Jacob, it fuels him up in the morning and makes him ready to dominate the day at YIG. His motto for this special breakfast is “Don’t get caught without a munch, bring some Cinnamon Toast Crunch.”
Jerry Li, a 12th grader from the Parnassus Delegation, makes sure to pack half of his suitcase with chocolate milk each conference. Jerry says his roommates also love it, and the brand he brings is “Whatever his mom picks out from Costco.” The picture below shows Jerry’s chocolate milk packed safely in his bag.

Alantros Wiseman, a 12th grader from Parnassus Delegation, always makes sure to pack two spiffy suits to conferences, which also have to be gray or navy. Can’t forget the 24 pack Arizonas, or else he cannot function.
Lila Wallin, a 12th grader from Statewide Delegation, never forgets to bring mac and cheese cups and GoGo Squeezes which are vital for the YIG conference.
Lindley Johnson, an 11th grader from the Shakopee Delegation, always brings Milano cookies. They are cookies with chocolate on one side and cookie on the other. She states that they are super delicious and she usually eats her entire supply in one night.
Hopefully this list has been helpful with giving you some great ideas for packing next year’s conference.
